1. Returns and Refund Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt for proof of purchase.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
2. How to Initiate a Return

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item per the above instructions and place a new order on our Website.
